Your Legal Right to Cancel (UK Orders Only)
If you’re based in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
This is part of your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and entitles you to:

A full refund, including standard delivery charges

A further 14 days to return the item(s) after notifying us of the cancellation
To exercise this right, email returns@manchesterreigns.co.uk with your order number and a note stating that you’d like to cancel.
Please note: This does not apply to personalised/customised items where the design is made unique for you.
All Items Made to Order
Everything at Manchester Reigns is printed just for you when you order. This means we’re not sitting on stock, which helps us reduce waste and stay independent.
Because of this, we can’t accept general change-of-mind returns — but we do offer store credit.
What We Do Accept (beyond the 14 day period)
We offer returns or exchanges in the following situations:
- The product arrived faulty, damaged, or misprinted

You received the wrong size or ordered incorrectly

The item was a gift, and it’s not the right fit or style
To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

The return must be requested within 60 days of delivery

If it was a gift, we may ask for the original buyer’s name or order number
Orders placed between 1st November and 24th December qualify for extended Christmas returns until 31st January.
How Returns Work
Please return the product to :
Manchester Reigns, 8 Audley Road, Alsager, Stoke-On-Trent ST7 2QL
We will cover the return postage.

We’ll issue a store credit once we receive the item

Outbound shipping for any replacement item will apply (unless over £50, which qualifies for free shipping)
What We Can’t Accept

Items returned after 60 days (except during Christmas return window)

Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after arrival

Custom or personalised items (unless faulty)
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To request a return, email returns@manchesterreigns.co.uk with:

Your order number (or the buyer’s name/email if it was a gift)

A brief reason for the return

A photo if the item is damaged or misprinted
We’ll reply within 2 working days with your return instructions and next steps.
